Rosalia

Rosalia Vila (aka Rosalia) is an Spanish pop and flamenco singer. Since the age of 13 she has been involved in popular music and flamenco. She also explores different genres such as hip-hop soul and Trap. Pepe Habichuela has said that her vocals as being crisp and sweet but possessing a bit of bite. El Mal Querer, her sequel album to Los Angeles in 2017, was both a critical and commercial hit. The album topped Billboard's Latin Pop Albums Chart and was awarded an Grammy. La Fama was released by the Weeknd in 2021. Motomami came out as her third full-length album. It featured collaborations with fellow artists and producers, including Cory Henry. The album was released in the month of March 2022, following the Saturday Night Live performance featuring the track Chicken Teriyaki. Rosalia was the first Spanish singer to sing on her own in the show. Motomami, Rosalia's album that won the three Latin Grammy Awards also made Rosalia the first female singer to win won the Latin Album of the Year be awarded twice.
